MOBILE
1) Open NRDS mobile app
2) Open the menu (click the 3 lines in the top left corner), login if you aren't logged in
3) If you haven't opened the app in a while, make sure you have the latest version of the app by clicking Check updates on the menu and update if needed
4) Once your app is up to date, Fetch data from the web. ***It is critical that you fetch from the web every time you use the app to ensure you have the current version of all surveys and sensors.***
Click spinning wheel in the top right corner ➡ Fetch from web app ➡ All ➡ Fetch data
OR click menu ➡ Fetch from web app ➡ All ➡ Fetch data
COMPLETING A REPORT
1) Click Surveys tab
2) Click Report you want to fill out
3) Click the blue + to add a survey entry
4) Fill in report then click save
WEB
1) Open NRDS web app and login
2) Click Surveys tab in the menu
3) Click Report you want to fill out
4) Click Add Survey
5) Fill in report
6) Click Save at top or bottom of screen
