Add an email question to a survey form

When a user fills in a form they enter their email and get a confirmation

This tutorial will show you how to add an "email" question and a follow up confirmation to a form.

Lets say you want to create a job application or a sign up form and send it out to the public

  1. Go to templates and add new or edit an existing

  2. Add your typical questions

    1. Name

    2. Address

    3. Phone number

    4. Notes

    5. document upload

  3. Add the special email question

  4. Add a message - this message will be emailed to the person when they fill out the form

  5. Save

Now send out the survey

  1. Get the public link to the form

  2. Go to the "External Links" tab

  3. Add a respondent

  4. Add a date that the form is active

  5. You can send the link to some email

  6. Click save and copy the link

  8. Paste the link into your browser

The person with the link will get this form with an email field

Upon filling out the form they will get an email in their inbox
