In order to set up a conditional section, we must have 1) a question that determines whether the section is shown or hidden and 2) the section itself.

1) Add a question that will determine whether our section is shown or hidden, and set that question to be required

2) Next, add your conditional section:

3) Fill in section title then click Add Rule

4) Click Add Expression to add your conditional logic

5) Create your Expression using the formula builder or the dropdown list

*If you need help making your expression click the ? symbol next to "Expression" for tips*

6) Check or uncheck Show in form to show/hide the section based on your logic.

So for example, my expression is: If the choice selected for Volunteers? is "Yes" then the section Volunteers will show in the survey.

7) Don't forget to uncheck show in form display option!

8) Add questions to your conditional section

9) Now, if you go to survey, by default the section will be hidden, until you answer the question that the section has conditional logic linked to

1) Locate your conditional logic survey and click the + to add a new entry

2) By default, your section should not show if nothing or No is selected

3) Once you select Yes the hidden section will show in survey

4) From here fill the required and/or any additional fields and save!
