STEPS
1) Click Templates
2) Click Edit button for the template you want to add QA/QC
3) In the Template Settings, turn on Show QA/QC, then click save
4) Now when you are in list view for the survey there will be a QA/QC column
5) You can do QA/QC checks directly from list view by simply clicking the checkbox (see #4 image), or you can do checks while completing or editing the survey
6) To see who did the QA/QC checks click the survey info button (the (i) in the update column) and it will show the user and timestamp
