Private Surveys

A private survey is a survey that can only be seen by assigned users.

Private surveys can be enabled by editing a template and clicking on the "Private Survey" Tab

There are 3 types of users that can access a private survey

  • The owner - has full control over the survey can see all data collected

  • Editors - assigned by the can see all data collected by the survey

  • Respondants - can only see their own data that they collect

For example. Sam is owner of the Time Sheet Survey. He assigns Tom and Kaui as respondants. Tom can only see Tom's entered surveys, Kaui can only see Kaui's entered surveys. Sam can see both Tom and Kaui's entered surveys.

Now Sam assigns Kaui as an editor. Now Kaui can see Tom and Sam's sheets. Tom can only see his own becasuse he is still a respondant.
