How to create a backup file

1) Navigate to settings in the located on the sidebar on the left

2) Scroll all the way down until you see backups

3) Select Local

4) Select Create Maually

4) Export/save the backup to your device.

5) If you are having an issue you can send the back up to support@nrds.io

5) You can also restore a saved backup on your device by tapping Restore from file and selecting it on your device.
