Once you are logged in to your account click on the "Work" tab on the side bar.

Then click on "Fence" under the Work tab.

Click on Export. 

From the drop down menu choose and click "Main (CSV)".

A file with csv extension will be downloaded which you could then open up with an appropriate application.
