Once you are logged in to your account click on the "Features" tab on the side bar.

Then click on "Polygons".

Click on "Add Polygon" 

Fill out the fields and click on "Map".

Click on the map to start drawing.

Double Click to finish drawing the polygon.

Close the window.

Click "Save".

The polygon has now been added.
