Once you are logged in to your account click on the "Features" tab on the side bar.

Then click on "Polygons".

​Click on "Add Polygon" 

Fill out necessary fields then scroll down to Map
​Click on the map to start drawing.

​Double Click to finish drawing the polygon.

​Click "Save".

The polygon has now been added.
