Reporting for HiCSC Producers

What to fill out for climate smart (CSC) first reports including producer enrollment, field enrollment, and supplemental reporting

Producer Level Data

  1. Go to producer list At Producer level https://app.nrds.io/kilo/surveys/1296

  2. Find your producer

  3. Edit producer information

  4. Check and fill in HICSC Info

  1. Scroll down USDA Report info

Field Enrollment

  1. Go to Field enrollment https://app.nrds.io/kilo/surveys/2215

  1. Add a new field enrollment

  2. Select the producer

  3. Select the subplots associated for a single FSA field number for the producer

  4. Scroll down to to baseline yield and fill in for each commodity

  5. Scroll down to landuse you can aggregate by groups of commodities

  6. Scroll down to practices you can aggregate by commodity with a line for each practice by year

Supplement Reporting

If your producer is doing any of the following practices fill out the supplement report

    8. 379 Forest Farming Supplemental Reporting

    9. 380 Windbreak/Shelterbelt Establishment and Renovation Supplemental Reporting

    10. 381 Silvopasture Supplemental Reporting

    11. 484 Mulching Supplemental Reporting

    12. 512 Pasture and Hay Planting Supplemental Reporting

    13. 528 Prescribed Grazing Supplemental Reporting

    14. 590 Nutrient Management Supplemental Reporting

    15. 603 Herbaceous Wind Barriers Supplemental Reporting

    16. 612 Tree/shrub establishment Supplemental Reporting

  1. Add a new supplement reporting

  2. Select the subplots for this practice that have the same FSA field id

  3. Fill in the requested information
