Sometimes you need to be able to edit a survey from the NRDS web app, but don't want everyone able to edit it on the mobile app. You have that option now through "Mobile Embed" where your survey through the mobile app will only be available as a list through another survey.

Navigate to the "templates" tab on your NRDS web app

Choose which survey you would like to edit by clicking the "edit" button or add a new survey by clicking "add template" (In this example we will be using the example template "Crop List" as our mobile embed)

Select the checkbox next to "mobile embed" and click Save

Now your survey will be shown under "Surveys" on your web app sidebar, but on the mobile app you will not see it under "Surveys". 

Make sure your survey is embedded into another survey. If your mobile embed survey is embedded into another survey, you can still see it within the survey and choose options from it on the mobile app (in this example we will embed the "Crop List" survey into our "Planting Log" survey.)

Now if we go to our mobile app and fetch the data from our web app, we can see the "Crop List" survey is no longer visible under our "surveys" tab or in the PLUS menu.

If  we go into our "Planting Log" survey, we can still choose from our "Crop List" 

If you go back onto the NRDS Web app and uncheck the "mobile embed" box under "Crop List", the survey will show up again after fetching on your mobile app (both under surveys and when you press the PLUS button).
