Editing Text from List View
Sometimes you need to enter a large amount of text in your notes section or add to the text quickly while looking at multiple surveys either in list view or in a repeating survey.
CLICK on the survey you want to edit to view it in List View
CLICK the "Edit" button on the top right of your list of surveys
a. (If you want to edit a repeating survey, be in the editing form of that survey)
Find your notes section and you can either
Type directly into the textbox and move along to the next survey
Click the arrows to expand the box to write a large amount of text or see what was previously written
Your text will automatically save as you move on to the next record, but as soon as you are done editing your surveys make sure to press SAVE before you stop editing.
Styling Text from Editor and List View
If you want to style your text in a specific way, you can do that while editing your survey!
Go to Templates
Find your Template to edit it
Go to the Question on your Template that has your notes area and make sure the "Allow text formatting" box is checked
Save your template and return to your survey
Click the "edit" button to edit that survey
Scroll to your notes section and now you have the ability to change the text style
You can also edit from the list view as well. As long as the "Allow text formatting" box is checked your notes pop-up box will include the buttons to edit!
You can add variables from other fields to create a custom paragraph
