If you want to import your data from the NRDS harvest log into the report you can easily export it from the dashboard and upload it.

Some things to watch out for

  • KS wants data reported in pounds (lbs) so make sure all your harvests are in lbs

  • When you import check that the field order matches between the spreadsheet and the import

  • Uncheck fields that are missing

Here are the steps

  1. Navigate to the harvest dashboard

  2. Set your filter for your quarter or dates

  3. Scroll to the Export Report

  4. Click the 3 dots to the right to export it to excel

  5. Export the .xlsx file

  6. Open it to check it out and make sure it looks right

  7. Go to your O&M report and scroll to the Crops/ Animals Section

  8. Check that the column order between your export and your import are the same. In this case the export put Poly Introduced before Pounds Harvested . So you need to move it and make it match the order of the upload table.

  9. Click the upload button on the the Crops/ Animals Section

  10. Add your sheet to the upload window

  11. You can leave "Sheet Settings" as is

  12. On the select import columns

    1. Uncheck Identifier

    2. Uncheck Notes

  13. Evaluate Import

  14. If successful

  15. Click Import Surveys and it should populate

Common Errors and solutions

  1. Switch the position of Pounds Harvested and Native Hawaiian on your import sheet

2. Uncheck Identifier and Notes from the Select Import Columns
