Navigate to the main map by clicking Map in the menu

1) Click layers icon

2) Scroll down to see your surveys with geometry, then click the writing icon next to the survey you want to add a new entry for

3) Click on the map to create a new point for your survey entry, fill out the form, then click save

4) If you need to redo your point selection, click the X in the top right corner of the form, then click new location on map

5) If you no longer want to add a new survey entry or are done adding new entries, click "Stop Drawing"

1) Find survey you want to update on the map

2) Click on the point, then click Edit

3) Make your edits then click Save

4) To exit and return to the map, click the X in the corner of the form
