If the dates on the spreadsheet you are uploading does not match the required NRDS date format (YYYY-MM-DD), you will see this error:
Follow these steps to fix your date settings:
1) Open your spreadsheet and click the letter of your date column to select the data
2) In the Home tab, click the Number Format dropdown
3) In the dropdown menu, select More Number Formats
4) Select Date, choose the YYYY-MM-DD format, then click OK
5) The dates will now be formatted to YYYY-MM-DD
6) Save your spreadsheet, then re-do the Upload on NRDS web
7) When you Evaluate Import the date format issue should be resolved and you will be able to import all records
8) If all looks good, click import!
