Limit = the number of survey records that will go to the mobile app when fetching
Ordering = the order of surveys by date added
Steps
1) Click Templates
2) Click Edit button for the template you want to change the fetch settings for
3) In edit mode click the Fetch Settings tab
4) Change Limit to the number of records you want fetched to your mobile device
You can have specific limits for your mobile or web app
5) Change Ordering to Descending or Ascending
Descending - newest to oldest
Ascending - oldest to newest
6) Click either Save button
7) On the mobile app click Fetch from web app to see the changes you made occur
