Make sure you have google earth pro installed (it's free!!) https://www.google.com/earth/versions/#earth-pro
Click the link to the kml for example https://app.nrds.io/geoserver/pww/wms/kml?layers=pww
A pop up will pop up prompting you to sign in to NRDS to download the kml file
4. Your file will download - click to open in google earth pro
5. You will be prompted for your NRDS user name and password again
6. Once you log in your data will show on the side bar
It will refresh and update automaticly from NRDS
