Steps to update your mobile app if there is a new version in the app store for ios or android play store:
Check your version in the app menu, the current version is 0.0.109.k and it will look like this in the app menu:
If your app is not up to date, time to update! These are the instructions:

From Android - https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113412?hl=en
It's pretty much the same for both platforms...
1. Open the app store (ios) or play store (android)
2. Search for NRDS
3. On the page that pops up it should say "Update"
4. If it says "Open" you are all good and probably have auto update on; sometimes on the android store it says update but then open so you need to go back and forth 1 or 2 times
5. Open the app.
6. Open the menu - scroll to the bottom
7. Click "check updates" - you want to see this message
