1. Understand the default behavior 0:00
By default, the app displays survey question options as buttons when there are only a few choices.
This is the standard behavior before any setting changes are made.
2. Enable the Force Drop-Downs setting 0:17
Turn on Force Drop-Downs in the survey settings.
This setting overrides the default button display and makes option lists appear as drop-down menus instead.
3. Verify the change with a custom option list 0:29
Use a custom option list such as 1, 2, 3.
After enabling Force Drop-Downs, open the survey and add a new survey item.
You should see the options 1, 2, and 3 displayed as drop-downs.
4. Turn the setting off to restore buttons 0:46
Disable Force Drop-Downs if you want to return to the default behavior.
Once turned off, the same options (1, 2, 3) will display as buttons again.
