Once you are logged in, open up "Features".

Then choose a list of features you need to export. In this example I will use Polygons.

Click on the drop down menu "Export".

​Click on "Shapefile".

A file with shp extension will be downloaded which you could then open up with the appropriate application such as QGIS.
