How to Show a Survey ID in the Survey ListView
1. Open the survey and locate its unique ID 0:00
Open the survey you want to update.
Click Edit to view the survey details.
Note the survey’s unique identifier (Survey ID), which is what will be added to the ListView.
2. Go to the Template Editor for the survey 0:11
Navigate to the Template Editor.
Find and open the template used by the survey.
Look for the option labeled Show Survey ID.
3. Enable the Survey ID display option 0:28
Check the Show Survey ID box.
Click Save to apply the template change.
This setting tells the ListView to display each survey’s unique ID.
4. Verify the Survey ID appears in the ListView 0:28
Go to Survey Records.
Open the survey’s ListView.
Confirm that the survey’s unique ID now appears in the list.
Use the ID to quickly search for a specific record when you have many entries.
