From the edit or add view, clicking the print button creates a printable version of the form with the current data, including photos and maps.

How to Print a Form from Add, Edit, or Details Views

1. Open the form you want to print 0:00

  • This workflow works directly from the Add, Edit, or Details view of a form.

  • The goal is to print the form as it currently appears, including any entered data.

2. Print a filled-out form from the Add/Edit view 0:08

  • While filling out or editing a form, click the Print button in the top-right corner.

  • The system generates a printable version of the form.

  • This version includes the current form state, such as:

    • entered data

    • photos

    • maps

    • other form content

3. Print a blank form template 0:24

  • If you want a blank printable form, start by clicking Add a new survey.

  • Then click the Print button.

  • This creates a printable version of the form with no data filled in.

4. Print from the Details view 0:47

  • The Details view also has a Print option.

  • Clicking it lets you print to PDF or save as a PDF.

  • This print view is designed to mirror what you see on screen more closely than the Add/Edit print version.

  • Use Add/Edit view printing when you want a form printed as you are working on it.

  • Use Details view printing when you want a version that matches the displayed details view.
