1. Open the template editor and create a new survey template 0:20
Go to the template editor.
Click to create a new template.
Give the template a clear name, such as "Survey with Video Instruction".
2. Add the survey question(s) you want respondents to answer 0:31
Add a question to the template.
Example question used in the demo: "Your name".
Build out any other survey fields you want alongside the video.
3. Insert an embedded video into the template 0:49
Click Add Embedded Video.
Copy a video URL from a source like YouTube.
Paste the URL into the embedded video link field.
4. Save the template and verify the video appears in the survey 1:05
Click Save.
Search for the template you created, such as Embedded Video with Instruction.
Open the template to confirm the video is embedded and playable within the survey.
5. Use the embedded video to guide respondents 1:25
Share the survey with users who need instructions.
Use the embedded video to:
explain how to complete the survey,
provide context or guidance,
support any other instructional purpose.
